At InstaMosaicStudio, the Return Policy allows customers to return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. The cost of return is borne by the customer and no restocking fee is charged.
In terms of the Refund Policy, unlimited revisions are provided for all orders. If a customer is not satisfied with their mosaic preview, they can request for a refund. However, requests for refunds will not be entertained after two revisions have been made. Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving the preview. Refunds will not be entertained if the customer has not shared the required number of photos within 48 hours of placing the order or refuses to share photos. If an order arrives damaged, the customer should send a video and photos of the packaging and the product via email within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, a new product will be sent free of cost or a refund will be issued.
Regarding the Shipping Policy, the prices listed at the time of the order on the product page apply. These prices are inclusive of all taxes. InstaMosaicStudio is not responsible for any type of loss resulting from late, damaged or cancelled delivery of any products.
